We exist to form pastors for the local Church.

We exist to form future pastors who will lead the Church with strong orthodox theology, spiritual maturity, and a high-level of ministry competency through rigorous academics, an intentional culture of mentorship, and ministry practice in local churches across Canada.

We want to help close the gap!

Across Canada, there is a growing need for pastoral leaders. According to the Evangelical Fellowship of Canada, approximately 625 new senior pastors are needed every year just to sustain current church leadership needs, not including the broader need for other ministry roles.

At the same time, the pipeline of emerging leaders is not keeping pace, creating a widening gap in the Church.

Our goal is to help close that gap by partnering with the local church and equipping people through practical ministry training, leadership development, and hands-on formation.
