Church: Listowel Evangelical Missionary Church (LEMC)

This pastor’s focus will be to provide and increase Care at LEMC, to Coach individuals and leaders to live out their mission effectively, and to help Connect people to ongoing Groups, Teams and relationships. This pastor will serve under the Lead Pastor (who serves under LEMC Council) as part of the LEMC staff team.

Depending on the applicant, and their availability, calling and skills, this pastor may be hired on a part- or full-time basis. The responsibilities listed below will adjust accordingly, based on one’s capacity.

Ministry: Youth Unlimited

Youth Unlimited YFC Southwestern Ontario is a youth-focused, faith-based, organization that exists to help young people throughout Southwestern Ontario attain their full life potential, showing love and care for their whole person.

We are looking for a passionate, self-motivated individual to lead a team of similar minded people in working with youth and their families in Kitchener, Waterloo, and Cambridge, ON.

You must have good communication skills and demonstrate leadership qualities: supervisory and team building capabilities, the ability to vision cast and bring others along. Active participation in area youth networks and the ability to relate to the churched and non-churched population is a necessity. Related education and a proven track record in leadership and youth work is a necessity. A vehicle is also important for this job.

Our mission is simple - to see young people living fully in Christ.  We are committed to helping youth develop holistically by offering programs and developing relationships that nurture the whole person - physically, mentally, emotionally, socially and spiritually.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable individual to serve as an Administrative Assistant, supporting the day-to-day operations of our ministry. The successful candidate will be highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and committed to serving with excellence behind the scenes. This role requires someone who can use their God-given gifts in administration, communication, and organization while supporting leadership and staff. Strong interpersonal skills and a servant-hearted approach are essential, as this position regularly interacts with internal teams, ministry partners, and the broader community.

We are looking for the kind of person who can plan, implement, and engage in youth activities in a Youth Centre and/or Elementary/High School setting.  The interested candidate should be able to create programs based on their God-given abilities while considering the needs of the community youth they are serving.  Relationship building capabilities are essential to this position.  Responsibilities include creative programming, team work and team building, personal/professional development, administrative tasks, and creating a support base of ministry partners who will financially support you in this ministry.
