Position: Part-time

The Finance Manager will support the Treasurer and Board of Directors with the church’s financial administration. This part-time role is responsible for accurate record-keeping, financial reporting, budgeting support, bank account management, donation processing, and helping ensure compliance with applicable financial and charitable regulations.

The Finance Manager also oversees finance procedures, supports the Finance Team, assists with annual audits, and presents financial information to leadership and the congregation. The role requires experience in accounting or financial management, strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and financial software.

Church: Bethany Church

Position: Part-time

The Custodian is responsible for keeping Bethany Church clean, safe, and ready for ministry activities by handling cleaning, light maintenance, and room setup/teardown for services and events. They will report to the Facilities Manager and help ensure the building is welcoming and well maintained for staff, volunteers and the congregation.

Church: Cole Lake Free Methodist Church (CLFMC)

Location: Godfrey, Ontario

Position: 30hrs/week

The Lead Pastor provides both spiritual leadership and organizational direction to guide CLFMC to the path that God chooses for us. This role requires someone who, with the support of the Board and congregation, can manage the operational needs of the church while inspiring people toward deeper faith, meaningful engagement, and Christ-centered community.

Church: Cedar Street Community Church

Location: Simcoe, Ontario

Position: 19hrs/week

Overview of Role: The part-time pastor would be responsible to pastor, lead, and provide structure for the congregation and local community.

Major Responsibilities:

1. Organize all aspects of Sunday morning worship services. They would give spiritual direction through the preaching of the word. As well as competently use technology to illustrate sermons, songs, hymns, and special music.

2. Shepherding the congregation. This would be done through visitation, discipling, and bible study.

3. Be accountable to the Official Board and attend monthly meetings.
