Stand with students amidst sudden freeze of government financial aid.

Without warning, the Ontario government has frozen OSAP funding to private colleges while it audits suspected abuse by career colleges. Emmanuel Bible College is a registered not-for-profit, not a career college, and has not been accused of any wrongdoing. Yet 15 of our students, half of our student body, have been cut off in the middle of the semester, with more than $134,400 in approved aid withheld. These students rely on OSAP not only for tuition but also for rent, groceries and other essentials, and no one can say when the funding will return. While we advocate for its release, we’ve created a new scholarship fund so these students can keep a roof over their heads and stay in the classroom. Every dollar you give goes directly to that fund.
