Our passion? To form Pastors & Leaders for the local Church of Canada.
Our Story
Emmanuel Bible College was founded in 1940 purposed to equip believers to lead the Church forward and that hasn’t changed.
"Emmanuel Bible College has a longstanding legacy as a distinguished institution of ministry and higher education. We are confident that our journey is far from over. Throughout our history, we have witnessed remarkable achievements, and we hold firmly to the promise that the best is yet to come with God at the center of our mission. We eagerly anticipate exploring the future that God has in store for us. Emmanuel Bible College is dedicated to equipping believers for ministry in the local Church & the marketplace fostering renewal across our province, nation, and the world."

Three key fruits our programs produce:
❋ Orthodox Theology
Rooted in Scripture and sound doctrine.
Thinking faithfully about God, Scripture, and the Church.
❋ Spiritual Maturity
Formed through prayer, character, and life with God.
Becoming Christlike leaders shaped by spiritual practices.
❋ Ministry Competency
Equipped for contextual pastoral application.
Learning to lead, serve, and shepherd in lived contexts.
Three “growth essentials” to produce that fruit are:
❋ Rigorous Academics
EBC prioritizes that our students have a thorough understanding of orthodox Christian theology. Through an excellent faculty team that are both theologians and ministry practitioners, EBC will develop disciplined theological thinkers who can interpret, articulate, and apply biblical truth with clarity and conviction.
❋ Intentional Mentorship
EBC prioritizes our students’ spiritual formation and discipleship through having a pastoral mentor for them each semester. This mentorship relationship will accelerate students’ spiritual and leadership growth through spiritual guidance, accountability, and modeling.
❋ Ministry Practice
EBC prioritizes the development of ministry practitioners who are effective pastors and leaders through intentional hands-on service in local churches and ministry settings. We emphasize integrating classroom learning with real-world leadership, pastoral care, and mission in lived ministry contexts.
